Babystep #2 Applied: My Medical Background

By Cindy | July 14, 2007

I have been very fortunate to have a pretty clean medical background. All my answers for the PAR-Q are Negative. I have low blood pressure. My HDL is higher than my LDL, but I have to resume aerobic activity to make sure my numbers stay this way. My last physical was three years ago. I plan on getting another physical in two years. I haven’t gained as much fat around my abs or stomach as I have in my thighs and caboose.

Hey, I just found you. I’m going to add you to my list of journals. :)

I think you’re right. Last year I developed anxiety (panic attacks) that made me paronoid about my health. I spent a lot of time worrying about all sorts of problems that could arise and in the end got tested. It’s worth confronting it just to reduce the worry!

Thanks for the add. Sometimes it’s so difficult to remove the stress and worry from our lives. We are always harder on ourselves too!
