Realistic, satisfying goals lead to success and improvement in any aspect of our life. The fitness journey goals may be broken down in a variety of ways. Here are a list of components to consider in developing your goals:
- Nutrition
- Cardiorespiratory (Aerobic)
- Strength Training (Anaerobic)
- Flexibility
- Body Composition
- Other
Jot down a wish list. Don’t overwhelm yourself. Begin with a focus on 1, 2 or 3 components. During this journey, we’ll delve into the details together.
The questions to answer today are:
- Where do I want to be?
- Am I being realistic?
- How can I break down my long-term goals into manageable short-term goals.
