As I expand on this journey, I plan to provide insight on workout plans, motivation techniques, and ideas on how to integrate fitness into a mom’s busy life. I hope to be your resource for practical strategies to be fit. We’ll discuss aerobic activities, strength training concepts, home use and gym fears, and any other topic which will enrich your life.
We’ll discuss books, DVDs, and fitness tools. What you can use around the home for strength training or aerobic benefit.
How do we differentiate between different diets? Is dieting even a feasible, long term commitment. What are our nutritional options?
Through knowledge we equip ourselves with the tools to achieve success. Testing the various ideas and activities bring excitement and variety to the journey. I look forward to reading and learning about all things fitness!
