Body Clutter Mission: BabySteps

“Using BabySteps to deal with body clutter really comes down to three ares we have to be willing to take our time and deal with in ways that are doable. They are food, attitude, and movement” (Cilley, 67).

List one BabyStep that will help you be more aware of what food you are putting in your mouth.

I am tracking my food with a tool I designed for my upcoming EBook. I’ve started using it this week and I’ve already noticed a difference in my attitude toward food:

When it comes to movement, what is a simple BabyStep that is doable for you today?

 

I must do some sort of physical activity (increased heart rate or strength bearing) for 15 minutes daily, not including my regular training.

 

List one BabyStep that will help you with your perfectionist attitude.

I repeat this affirmation to myself when I wake up in the morning and before I go to bed: “I am Worthy!”
