Computer Workout for Mom, Core/Abs Video (Fit Clicks with Gin Miller)

    By Cindy | December 3, 2007

Gin Miller has a series of online videos that you can easily follow from the computer. Have you been sitting down for more than an hour? It’s time to take a quick 6 and 1/2 minute break. Here, she’s focusing on the “Core.” Core refers to your abdominal and back muscles and helps to improve your balance. Once you have the moves down, you can do these exercises during your favorite television show, while playing with the babies on the floor, at the park, etc. There’s no excuse to miss out on a little movement to improve your fitness!!!
