Eager to Start Working Out?

I highly recommend the American Heart Association’s Free Program Choose To Move. In their Overview, the American Heart Association highlights the goals of the program. The Choose to Move 12 Week Program currently follows seven women’s journeys to making fitness a part of their everyday lives. Anyone can sign up to begin their own journey and discover their potential for physical fitness through email updates and a great site full of resources.
