Fitness for Moms Carnival, 11th edition, June 2008

Welcome to the June Edition of Fitness for Moms Carnival. I know I’m running a few days behind on publishing, but WOW, there are some fantastic submissions. There were over 48 submissions last month of which I had to cut out a few repeat articles and many spammy ones.  However, the gems were under the surface.  Check out these great articles about health, fitness, nutrition, workouts and tips.
