Glad to see the goal calls coming back! I really enjoyed that feature.

My goal this week is to win a 6 mile trail race on Sunday, hopefully breaking the course record that I set last year. I had done a hard 5k road race the day before the race last year, so hopefully I’ll come into this race a bit fresher and in better shape.

I expect a little more competition this time, though. The secret will be getting out to a fast start and not letting anybody get ahead of me when we hit the narrow single track where there are a lot of switchbacks and it is tough to pass somebody (and dangerous, if you try.)

Yay! I’m so glad to see Goal Call Mondays again :)

My goal is trying to exercise at least 30 mins a day & making sure I eat at least 1 red fruit or veggie a day too.
