Happy 4th of July

While we enjoy cookouts, family, friends and fireworks, the United States of America continues to uphold the principles of “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness” as our Founding Fathers desired:
“…We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”
I have traveled the world and enjoyed visiting and living in different countries and discovering the vast cultures. I am happy and proud to be a United States Citizen. Returning home to family, friends, towns, and laws (yes, even the crazy politics), we are truly blessed to be a part of this great Nation. We are truly a Melting Pot of Cultures and races. Voices are heard, large and small.

Thank you to all our veterans, friends in service, and fellow citizens for maintaining the traditions of our country on foreign soils. The challenges are great and the conditions precarious, but the strength of our nation is demonstrated through your dedication, volunteerism, and desire to provide people the freedoms we have been afforded.
