		<description>Never heard of yucca before but out of curiosity I did a little research and found out that we have our own version of yucca named cassava. This is a common root crop in our country but I never tried baking it before. My family was used to fry it into small cubes; I like it when it is a little crunchy. I eat it along with spicy vinegar. It is an instant snack, substitute for popcorn I guess.</description>
