Housecleaning Workout Tip: Mopping

housecleaning.jpgWhen I mopped the floor today, I stood on my tippy toes. After mopping for five minutes, I could feel the slight burn in my muscles. I came by this idea by playing a little game with my munchkins this week. Our activity was to go around the house on our tippy toes and sing a little rhyme. What a great way to work on the calves and balance while getting a mundane chore done?! Have fun mopping!
