HyperStrike Review Coming Soon
By Cindy | October 16, 2007
From a dedicated reader, I have been introduced to HyperStrike Online Fitness. As I promised in Babystep # 8 Explained: Try New Activities, I will test and discuss fitness-related resources which might benefit us in our Fitness Journey.
“With HyperStrike, you get a customized workout program made just for you, your goals and your exercise experience. And with over 375 exercise videos and step by step instructions from our expert trainers, you’ll never get bored with your workouts.”
They have a very neat Workout Lab that contains high tech visual representations of individual exercises. The Workout Lab is currently free to view and enjoy. They have 20 pre-designed workout plans available.
I’m currently testing the 14 Day Free Trial to see what the rest of the program is like. I’ll give a complete review after the two week trial period. They say that HyperStrike provides the following benefits:
- Get an organized fitness plan
- Learn proper technique
- Get motivated
- Track your progress
- Add variety to your workouts
They have a no-obligation, simple sign up with no credit card or major personal information required.
If you’d like to give them a try, you can start your 14 Day Free Trial today!
I’d be happy to hear about your experiences to add to my review.
Don't forget to subscribe to my RSS feed and join in the Journey. Thanks for visiting!

Cindy,
ooh! this site looks interesting…I will have to check this out HyperSTrike myself as I am all for trying something new in fitness. Do you know if they have yoga programs?
Thank you for sharing this site!
Sincerely,
Teresa Morrow
Hi Teresa–I really like what I see so far. I’ve completed three very different routines each day. It doesn’t appear to have Yoga poses as an option. I’ll submit a question and see if they plan on a possible addition of Yoga.
