It’s Never Too Late: A Podcast Interview with Amanda Young Nzambi on Pregnancy and Amerathon Club

    By Cindy | April 5, 2008

amanda.jpgAmanda Young Nzambi, daughter to the founders of Amerathon Club, shares a little of her fitness journey through pregnancy. She’s expecting in a few weeks! She shares her parent’s vision in their development of Amerathon Club, an online virtual fitness journey designed to take you across the United States by tracking your fitness through mileage.

    The interview covers:

exercise-bug.jpgAmanda points out the need to “go with the flow and do what you can.” Pregnancy is different for every woman and until you go through the stages of pregnancy, it’s impossible to know how you’re going to respond to different exercises and expectations. I love how she says, “It’s never too late to come back to goals and get back on track.”

Amerathon Club is a fun, interactive way to combine your fitness with motivation, goal setting, and journaling through a route that starts in New York and ends in California. Check out their site for details. I am currently trying Amerathon Club out and will have a through review up by the middle of the month.
