Yesterday was my healthy eating day and I did okay, although I have LOTS of room for improvement! I had kind of a down week working out too, mostly because my darling hubby was out of town on business a couple nights.
This week I am going to use the GWM food chart every day and track my calories. Scary, but necessary …
Last week was quite restful. I got 1 good run, 1 good bike ride, and 1 good swim in. This week will also be focused on rest, although I imagine that I’ll probably run around 30 or 35 miles or so. I’m not too worried with where the numbers wind up. My goal for the week is to get back onto the trails next weekend.
Happy Monday Everyone! I did pretty well. I did more walking around and stair climbing! Now, my goal is to eat less carbohydrates. Cindi
:):):):)
Wow, so cool, thanks Cindy!
You know what’s even better – I accomplished the goal I set last week – 5 cardio sessions of 30 minutes each and 2 body sculpting sessions. I’ll keep the same goal for this week.
Thank you Cindy!
Phooey! I didn’t get in my 5 days of solid exercise. I wasn’t feeling 100% at the end of the week, so I opted to get in some good rest instead. That seemed to help fight off whatever bug I was coming down with.
So my goal for this week is to accomplish last week’s goal – exercise at least 30 minutes 5 times this week.
OK I’m on again off again. How annoying! So this week is my new beginning. Going to strength train twice. Pilates twice. Anything else will be a bonus.
I met my goal of 5 days of exercise last week. YEA!
I’ll keep it the same for this week but I would also like to add that I will do at least 50 stability ball crunches 3x this week.
Ack! 2 weeks in a row missing my goal! I have my excuses, but still… Sigh. Well, Then, for this week my goal, which can happen no matter where I am – drink 48 OZ of water each day this week.
CFO-You’re doing great. Tracking calories can get tedious, but even covering a few days a week can really be enlightening.
Blaine, you know better than any of us how important recovery from a marathon is. Enjoy your week. I can’t imagin running marathon and distance races on a regular basis!
Great focus, Cindi and JoLynn.
Susan, MWL and Carrie, it’s okay! You’re really thinking about your lifestyle changes and making the change. Great job and we’re here to celebrate that with you!
Way to go Angie with the added boost of ab exercises.
Hi! I did okay with less carbs, but my walking around more and such was put to a halt. Now, this story is sort of funny, but it wasn’t when it happened. I took a rag rug outside to shake it and then went to the mailbox (next to the street)!’It was a very windy day and I had the rug in my right hand. I proceeded to take the mail out and it started to blow away from me. Somehow, my feet got tangle and I fell on my whole left side. We would live on the main street of the subdivision. I am so sore from my ankle on up. More this week than last. My goal is to get rid of the soreness. Thanks,Cindi
