Goal Call Monday is your opportunity to be focused, accountable, and motivated to make your goal a success.

This week’s winner is…Susan. Congratulations! Your special reward is $5 gift card to Subway. Keep up the great work!

Ready to Share?

1. Enter your goal in the comments (anytime during the week).

2. You’ll be listed in the Goal Call section next Monday. Enter your results/progress to be entered in the drawing.

Why You Want to Participate:

Focus on your top one-week goal in health, diet or exercise.

Accountability is shared here in the comments and by coming back with the results.

Motivation will be provided through your desire to achieve your goal and return with good news or the challenges you faced. As an extra motivation, I’ll enter anyone who participates in a random drawing to receive a surprise reward (different prizes given each week).

Is it Monday already? Wow!

Last week I skipped the Thursday run, but ran twice (both times on trails) this weekend. About 20 miles for the week.

Next weekend I’ll be heading out for a friend’s wedding, but I’d like to run a little bit more than I did this week. I won’t hold myself to it if my leg starts hurting again. Tuesday night will be on trails, Wednesday on gravel, and Thursday I’ll be coaching so I’m not sure what we are doing yet.

Woo-hoo! Thanks, Cindy! :)

I did accomplish my goal of 5 days of exercise last week. It felt good, and the sense of accomplishment added to that good feeling. I have the same goal for this week: exercise at least 30 minutes 5 out of the 7 days.

Thanks again!

I learned that I am impulse eating (is that a term of art?) a LOT and not eating enough fruit, veggies and dairy.

My plan for this week is to eat at least one serving of fruit every day, three servings of veggies, and less meat. Although to be perfectly honest, I hate watching what I eat!

Ack, I didn’t do so well with my goals last week but I pledge to do better this week! (yep, no perfection here). Same goals, 5 cardio, 30 min each, 2 strength training sessions.

Thanks Cindy! :)

Nothing like being late to check in with my goals. I did do 5 days of exercise but no ab sessions. Hope to do better this coming week.

5 days of exercise and at least 10 glasses of water a day.

Thanks!
