I did it.. woohooo..
This weeks goals.. 3 days cardio, 1 day strength and 2 pool workouts.
First of all, yay for winning!
Secondly, no, the application didn’t get turned in. After some sleepless nights due to teething, my Husband and I were able to realize that we’ll be gone for half of July and so it’s not cost effective to join until we come back from camp at the end of July. He’s right. I was wrong. Don’t tell him that I admitted that one!
I did great last week! This week, however, I’m crampy and grumpy and ugh.
Tuesday and Wed (the only nice days according to the weather man): Walk with the boys.
Thurs: Cardio
Fri: Yoga
Also, I need to start going to bed no later than 11. This exhaustion is catching up with me!
Last week went well; ran a bit over 111km total (~69 miles), most of which was at an easy pace. My last long run was more of a tempo pace since I was running with some teammates, but I felt comfortable the entire way.
This week I’m going to cut back a little since I’m going to be out of town for a wedding and won’t have much of an opportunity to run over the weekend. I have a race on Friday, though, a 10k on a relatively tough course. My 10k goal in early August is mid-34s, so I’m looking to run sub-37 minutes at a minimum with a sub-36:00 as my ideal goal for Friday’s race.
I got 3 runs in last week. Things came up and I hadn’t planned my exercise time well enough to get that 4th one in. Made up for it with a little extra strength training and some walks with my boys.
This week I want to get 3 runs in and continue strength training.
Well, no results to report, but tonight I’ll be attending my first Weight Watchers meeting and I’m psyched! So this week’s goal is to stay within my points even while on vacation at the beach!!!! Tough job for a newbie, but it’s a great way to jump into the new program, feet first! =]
Keep moving, ladies!!!!
Hey, my goal for this week is to complete the 8 min abs workout everyday this week.
This sounds like fun & I’ve been looking for a way to hold myself more accountable while trying to lose weight. My goal for the week is to walk 3 days & Pilates 2 days.
I’m back! I’ve suffered from being gone. boo.
My goal for this week – Drink More Water! In the midst of the summer, I find my self more tired than usual when convincing myself to exercise. hopefully, water will make the difference.
Actually, I’ll clarify my goal – drink 48 oz of water a day, which is way more than my typical 20 oz.
Did I stay sane? Yes, maybe.
Running 12-14 on Friday and I’m praying my body doesn’t REJECT it. Still have wierd aches and pains and I don’t want to ruin my st. george marathon experience with an injury.
This is depressing. I go to the doctor for my knee tomorrow! It was getting better, but now I have a lot of pain again. My goal is to do whatever the doctor thinks I should so I can get well. Also, I want to be less depressed about being my situation. Thanks, Cindi
Hi Cindy!
Happy 4th of July! Yep, here I am posting my goals when the week is almost done, but hey, sometimes the weekends are tougher than the weekdays, and at least I’m staying accountable for my goals.
Last week I did accomplish 5 cardio’s, 30 minutes each, and 2 body sculpting/strength training sessions. I didn’t do as many ab crunches however I did do 2 days @ 75 crunches.
I dropped 1/2 pound and over 2 inches. Ate clean, off the processed, gunky food, drank at least 100oz of water @ day.
All in all doing good – hope you have a fabulous, fit weekend with your family over the 4th of July holiday, have fun!!
I actually went to the doctor for my knee. A part of cartilage wedged in the back of it and is causing the pain. I am supposed to add purified fish oil to my other joint medicines. I am wearing a knee brace and walking much more than I was. Yeah!!!!! Cindi
I’m so late in posting! I made my goals for last week — ran three times and completed Week 1 of the 100 push up challenge.
My goal for this week is/was to run 4 times on vacation and complete Week 2 of the challenge.
Girl, it’s been nearly a week without internet! But I am proud to say that I completed the 5K! Can’t say I ran the entire thing. But it’s done! Mark one for the record books!
