		<description>I actually went to the doctor for my knee. A part of cartilage wedged in the back of it and is causing the pain. I am supposed to add purified fish oil to my other joint medicines. I am wearing a knee brace and walking much more than I was. Yeah!!!!! Cindi</description>

Happy 4th of July! Yep, here I am posting my goals when the week is almost done, but hey, sometimes the weekends are tougher than the weekdays, and at least I&#039;m staying accountable for my goals. ;)

Last week I did accomplish 5 cardio&#039;s, 30 minutes each, and 2 body sculpting/strength training sessions. I didn&#039;t do as many ab crunches however I did do 2 days @ 75 crunches.

I dropped 1/2 pound and over 2 inches. Ate clean, off the processed, gunky food, drank at least 100oz of water @ day.

All in all doing good - hope you have a fabulous, fit weekend with your family over the 4th of July holiday, have fun!! :)</description>

		<description>This is depressing. I go to the doctor for my knee tomorrow! It was getting better, but now I have a lot of pain again. My goal is to do whatever the doctor thinks I should so I can get well. Also, I want to be less depressed about being my situation. Thanks, Cindi</description>

Running 12-14 on Friday and I&#039;m praying my body doesn&#039;t REJECT it.  Still have wierd aches and pains and I don&#039;t want to ruin my st. george marathon experience with an injury.</description>
