Last week was okay. The goals this week are less strict as we have some serious scheduling problems. The goal is to hit the gym three times and to stay active via yoga, walks or stability ball on the other four days.
I failed again, this time in 16:27. 2 weeks to the next race.
I’m going to be a rebel and not set any goals this week. I’m busy, I’ll get as much running in as I can fit, but not too worried about what I actually do.
ok, i have seen the PT twice and took off 10 days of running. today i ran for the first time – did 4 miles on treadmill. will see PT tonight and that will be good b/c part of my foot hurts. plan is to run 5 on wed. 4 on thurs , see PT once during that time and on sat. RUN 9
Congrats Jamie!
I didn’t meet my goals last week and have few this week while I figure out how to deal with my aching knees. I am going to Turbo Kick class tonight to see if I can make it through but I won’t push it if it hurts too much. I may skip TK tomorrow and go again on Wed. We’ll see.
Goals for this week are posted and are
*At least 4 days of activity this week (in-home/gym)
*50 stability ball crunches each of those days
*50 reps- Ab Coaster when I go to gym
I did it! I walked 3 times last week!! woohoo!! And I won the prize!! I’m so excited!
This week’s goal is to make it through the week and exercise in some capacity at least twice. It’s going to be a stressful week but I know getting in some exercise will help!
My goals this week are to
Get to bed by 11pm
Elliptical 3 days
Walk/Run 3 days
I ended up skipping the early mornings a few times because the weather was so fantastic-I walked in the afternoons instead! This week’s goal 2 days Pilates & 3 days of walking.
Congrats on the prize Jamie!
