Keep the momentum going everyone. This looks like a Slow and Steady week. Don't get discouraged. I love the continual effort to move forward and stay on track.

You're all doing a fantastic job.

Had a tough week...I got in a couple of workouts but I took it easy due to shoulder injury.

My goal for this week is to walk/run M/W/F and elliptical T/TH. I would also like to resume kickboxing on Sat.

I will get to sleep by 10:30pm

I accomplished almost everything I set out to last week except for the stability ball every day.

This weeks goals are simple: at least 5 days of exercise (anything goes, high/low impact, strength, etc.)

Have a great week everyone!

Make it through the week. I know it is going to be another tough one. I hope to get two walks in at some point.

Yeah, I was pretty lazy this past week. I took 2 days completely off, and didn't do anything particularly long. Had to drive down to CT on Thursday and spent a couple of very busy days at the Ryan Lee Bootcamp...very cool. Met a lot of great people.

This week's goal is pretty predictable...sub-16 5k. Last chance. My training really got derailed after the first attempt went so poorly, mostly because I was convinced I'd do it the first try. Here's hoping I get good conditions and a good effort this weekend.
