Goal Call

How did you do? Did you accomplish your goal, get stuck, have a funny story to tell?  This week is filled with great accomplishments.  Keep up the great work everyone.  You’re doing fantastic.

  • feener:Mon 3.5, off Tues (seeing PT), Wed. run 4, Thur run 3 and Sat. run 8.  Good Luck in the Half-Marathon!
  • Blaine: Sub-16 5k.
  • Jamie: 2 Walks.  Keep it up.
  • Anita: 2 days Pilates & 3 days of walking.
  • Angie: at least 5 days of exercise (anything goes, high/low impact, strength, etc.) when I go to gym.
  • Elizabeth:  Walk/run M/W/F, elliptical T/TH and to resume kickboxing on Sat.  I will get to sleep by 10:30pm

Unfortunately, I failed. I ran a 16:30. I was in a running funk most of the week, so I’m taking time off this week. I’m trying to get my hip to stop aching, so I don’t think that I’m going to run this week other than when I’m coaching on Thursday night. I might try to get into the pool for a swim once or twice as well.

i did pretty well. this week i have to run 3 one day and 3 another day and that is it – walk 2 on one day and then SUNDAY is the half. So I did 3 today and will fit another 3 in, i have PT tonight….I think I might be ready to do this.

I did well when it came to exercise but I can’t seem to get to bed early enough to get any decent sleep.

This week I’m going to run 3 days and resume kickboxing 3 days.

I did it & I even through in an extra day of walking just because the weather was so nice!

This week-same goal-3 days of walking & 2 days of Pilates. Thanks so much for helping to keep us all motivated!

Yes, I met my goals last week.

Goals for this week:
At least 4 days of exercise, 50 reps on Ab Coaster when at gym and drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
