Goal Call
How did you do? Did you accomplish your goal, get stuck, have a funny story to tell? This week is filled with great accomplishments. Keep up the great work everyone. You’re doing fantastic.
- Blaine: Start training for the 50 miler in January. Easy running to low 60s.
- Angie: 3 days of upper body strength/weights at home and hope to go back to spin class Sat. and Sun. Hope the recovery goes well. It’s such a bummer to hit these injuries!
- Jamie: workout in some fashion at least 3 days, starting back on Weight Watchers and journal my food every day.
- Anita: Get back into the swing of things-walk/aerobic exercise 2days, Pilates 1 day, & drink more water.

I did awesome last week! I counted my points and worked out 5 days!! Woohoo!!
This week’s goal is more of the same. My goal is to workout at least 4 days — elliptical, pilates, Leslie Sansone’s walk away the pounds, and walking outside with my son.
Last week was a complete and utter failure to meet even one of my fitness goals. I was sick enough to require time off from work, so that might have had something to do with that.
This week I’m picking up where I left off last week and just building up my mileage. I might run a 5k race that a coworker has been trying to get me to do for a few years now as well.

I didn’t do the Pilates, but I did get in the exercise.
This week has gotten off to a very bad start-sickness, no exercise, etc.-so my goal is to get in at least 30 mins of exercise each day of the weekend!
