Goal Call

How did you do? Did you accomplish your goal, get stuck, have a funny story to tell? This week is filled with great accomplishments. Keep up the great work everyone. You’re doing fantastic.

  • Jamie: Workout at least 4 days — elliptical, pilates, Leslie Sansone’s walk away the pounds, and walking outside with my son.
  • Blaine: Hope you’re feeling better.  Start training for the 50 miler in January. Easy running to low 60s.
  • Anita: 30 mins of exercise each day of the weekend.

I’m still coughing, but I do feel a lot better, thanks!

I ran mid/high 50s for mileage last week, with a mid-week 12 miler, 13+ on hilly trails on Saturday, and just shy of 16 miles on Sunday with a 5k race tucked in there.

This week I’m looking for more of the same, hopefully in the low/mid 60s although one of my long run days may turn into carrying around heavy logs and building a bridge day instead. We’ll see…

My goal for this week is to workout at least 3x, drink 8-12 glasses of water a day and keep writing in my food journal (more focus on portion control).

I did not get this done! I am a little upset with myself & my poor choices, so my goal for this week is to make better, healthier eating choices & to drink my water everyday!

Goal setting has always been a big part of a successful weight loss program.

At the moment my goal is to reduce my body fat levels from 16% to 12% and to gain more muscle mass :)
