I did pretty well for my first week back - I managed 5 home fitness sessions (following mostly yoga DVDs) ranging from 20-40 mins per session.

They say the first week is always easier, so let's see if I can keep this up for a second week running!

I came very close. But only did 2 strength session instead of 3. The 10,000 steps was no problem.

I will keep my the same goal for next week.

Got some good training in last week, got about 74-75 miles in or so. My feet were soaked since I wasn't wearing my trail shoes that drain on Saturday's 20 miler, so I ran the last 5 miles barefoot, which felt nice. Took Friday off completely.

This week I'm going to try to build my mileage up a bit more, near or over 80, although my original schedule isn't going to work so I need to figure out how I'm going to fit those miles in.

I received my gifts yesterday too-thanks so much!

I did okay with my goal, but still need to work on the water drinking.

I am going to keep my goal the same for this week!
