		<description>Erm... didn&#039;t quite do three sessions of cardio like I planned for the week but I did complete 5 workout sessions at home using home DVDs so I&#039;m still maintaining my original goals.

On an interesting side note, I&#039;ve been doing mostly yoga DVDs and I&#039;ve noticed my 22 month old son copying a lot of my movements :-p  Maybe he&#039;ll pick up yoga when he&#039;s older.</description>

		<description>Still sore from my workout last night (not enough to be in pain, but just enough to know that I did something good for my body).   Boy does it feel good to be sore the next day.  It feels good to report that I reached my goal for this week!  :D

I would like to keep my same goal for next week.</description>

		<description>Last week I cut back so much you might not have noticed any training...only got about 21 miles in.  My left calf was bothering me so I went aggressive and took it easy.

This week I need to build back up, but will play it by ear.  My plan could be anywhere from 40 to 80 miles this week depending upon the calf.  If it is still bothering me on Wednesday, I&#039;m going to schedule a massage for some repair work.</description>
