Wow! The CD and the t-shirt sound so inspirational. I have been a little down about exercising because I have found out that both knees are bone on bone. The pain has subsided with the medicine, but I have to exercise. I do eat with very much conscience, but I am going to exercise. My knees can’t get much worse!
