As a mother myself I tend to go in swings when it comes to my fitness. After I gave birth, I had a detailed plan on how to loose the baby fat from the gym I went to and it melted within a period of 4 months (I gained 33lbs of baby fat). Since then (since my boy is 3), I've been waffling between going up and down 20lbs. I'm currently at 15lbs above my weight before I got pregnant. I sure can use a good home workout regimen for days that I can't make it to the gym. Thanks for posting the link: I hope it helps my dilemma.
