		<description>Great article. I think another good idea for internal motivation is to remember to be grateful for everything you have in your life. Whether that be the fact that you have a great family, you have a healthy body that you want to maintain or improve, that you have a job or good friends. Expressing gratitude always reminds me about the great things I have in my life but also how I want to improve on these and keep my life moving forward.</description>
