The Quest to Fitness Begins

I am on a quest to improve my lifestyle (and hopefully, yours) through sound physical training, encouragement and study. I have been a certified Physical Fitness Specialist (through the Cooper Institute) for four years now, but I have had very few opportunities to use the certification. Why? I am a mother first, followed by wife, friend, cook, maid, financial planner, etc. Yes, I like a full plate of activities. Being a stay-at-home mom has opened up my eyes to how many jobs I hold.

I want to carve out time for my physical well-being. Are you searching for a way to incorporate fitness into your day? Join me in this wild, roller coaster ride to find activities you love, but more importantly, how to find time to consistently make it happen.
