If you want a workout log that includes a way of mapping your routes as well, I recommend &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.runningahead.com&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Running Ahead&lt;/a&gt;.  Right now, they are my favorite log software plus my favorite google mashup for tracking routes, which is a nice combo.  They recently licensed their software to Runner&#039;s World, but the RW version is missing a few bug fixes and new features and doesn&#039;t include the community.</description>
