Week 10 in Review: Sep 9-15

This was one of those weeks in which Life just happened! My priorities were on the house and kiddos. We celebrated Little Monkey’s Second Birthday, spent time looking at houses, and started the process of packing a house. Here’s what I was able to accomplish:
Cardiovascular:
- 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer.
- 35 minutes running/walking a practice 5K.
Strength Training: I completed one full workout of 3 sets/12 reps on Sunday. Wednesday, I was able to complete the Bench and Leg Press.
- Bench Press 107lb
- Leg Press 232lb
- Hip Abductors 25lb
- Hip Adductors 25lb
- Dumbbell Row 12lb
- Tricep Press 12lb
- Trunch Extentsion
- Crunches
