I love reading about your workouts. I love that moment when you get past the "why am I doing this" and the great feeling kicks in, it makes it all worth while.

Hi Tammy, Great! I had my first informal session yesterday with a family friend. It was exciting and informative. I know what I need to work on when I start discussing their body and the specific exercises.

Hi Hanlie, The balance ball is great for a small workout at the computer. It would be good to implement at least sometime into the day. Now, if I can only get it out of my little ones' hands. They love rolling it around the house everywhere.

I also didn't do all the workouts I should have, but I now sit on my Balance ball when at the computer. It's quite something!

Hi Cindy! Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment. I am very happy to meet you :) To answer your questions, I am working toward my ACE PT certification. That is the one my PT at the Y told me to get. I am excited to start and have no idea what I will do once I pass the test. I guess I will try to get some practical experience so I can go it alone if I want to. I hope you have a fantastic week!!
