Week 9 in Review: Sept. 2-8

My workouts have been light for several weeks now. After completing my Personal Assessment at the end of the week, I realize that I’m no longer in the beginning stage of physical fitness. It’s time for me to establish a more challenging cardiovascular and strength training routine.

Cardiovascular: I completed a 35 minute run/walk combination in which I ran for 20 minutes. Two days I walked at a fast pace for 20 minutes. I completed the week with a 15 minute run on the treadmill and 15 minutes on a bike.

Strength Training: I did not do this week.

Abs: I completed two workouts in the week.

This was one of those crazy weeks in which nothing came together as planned. I was suppose to travel, but plans changed at the last minute. It gave me an opportunity to get work done around the house since we are planning a move (also a new development in our life). I lost track of time and the week flew by before I knew it!
