		<description>Yeah, I always am telling people that weight training will actually make your bones stronger. This is a great list of reasons to start a strength training program. I&#039;m going to forward it to some of my friends. And one thing that I thought was really cool; fat and muscle are different and cannot change into the other. Some guy was always telling me you can&#039;t get more muscle because you don&#039;t have enough fat to use. Guess he was wrong.</description>
